Integral Coaching 

  • Longer-term

  • Weekly sessions

  • Self-reflective exercises between sessions

Integral coaching begins with an intake interview regarding your “presenting issue”, i.e., what brought you to coaching. This interview is a holistic approach to understanding not just your career and your presenting issue, but your life, goals, and environment.

Once we have created a broad picture of your life and identified how it relates to your issue, we create a purpose statement and developmental goals in order to address the problem from the inside out. 

 

Career Coaching

  • Career-specific

  • Less holistic

  • Weekly sessions

Career coaching is similar to integral coaching, but focuses more on career goals and factors affecting those goals than analyzing elements from other parts of your life. Exercises, self-reflections, and articles may be recommended between sessions depending on your needs.

 

Targeted Coaching

  • Shorter-term

  • Session-by-session

Targeted coaching is recommended if you want specific help with a resume, networking strategies, presentations, negotiations, or some other upcoming challenge.

Can I try one session and then commit to more?

Absolutely. Introductory sessions are free, short (30 minutes), and require no further commitment.

What will we discuss in our first session?

We’ll start by discussing what brings you to coaching and your desired outcomes. This consultation also helps us figure out if our partnership is a good fit.

 

Are sessions remote or in person?

At this time, all sessions are remote.

Do you do sessions on weeknights and weekends?

Yes.

Can I afford this?
