About

Sarah has had a decorated career in high tech, holding technical, management, and executive positions in a variety of industries including aerospace, system software, telecom and data storage.

Her code flew on the space shuttle, aided in ancient geological research, and controlled race cars. Sarah is now retired from corporate work to focus on student outreach and mentorship and her work as a Certified Integral Coach®.

In addition to her coaching clients, Sarah coaches college students majoring in Computer Science through Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), a national nonprofit that prepares Black, Indigenous, and Latinx rising leaders for senior leadership positions in corporations, nonprofits, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Sarah volunteers with Hands in Outreach, the Built By Girls program, and The Folsom Symphony Orchestra. She is a devoted parent and grandparent. As you might have gathered, she is fascinated by space, and has been known to chase eclipses.

Sarah coaches to help others get the most out of their careers and their lives.
